Fellowship Roles

The ER fellowship program offers three distinct roles, each designed to empower fellows with specialized skills and experience in key areas of education:

  • Instructional Fellow: Co-teach courses and lead educational initiatives, developing instructional expertise alongside experienced educators.
  • Health & Wellness Fellow: Support students’ holistic well-being by promoting health, resilience, and mental wellness within the school community.
  • Restorative Practices Fellow: Foster a sense of community and manage conflict resolution using restorative practices that promote accountability and healing.

Who is the Ideal Candidate?

Eagle Rock seeks candidates who are passionate about educational equity, personal growth, and community engagement. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree (by July 2025) or equivalent experience

What to Expect: The 10-Month Fellowship Journey

During the 10-month fellowship, fellows will:

  1. Receive Mentorship and Training: Each fellow is paired with a mentor who provides guidance and support, helping them develop their teaching style, build confidence, and deepen their educational practice.
  2. Participate in Hands-On Teaching and Planning: Fellows will work directly with students and experienced staff, assisting in lesson planning, instruction, and classroom management.
